RYE BROOK, N.Y. – September 14, 2009--Broadview Networks today announced it has completed the purchase of select assets of Natural Convergence Inc. (NCI) of Ottawa, Canada. As a result of the purchase, Broadview Networks now owns the intellectual property of NCI’s premier application, Silhouette™, as well as other related software and materials. Steve Pequegnat, who will report to Ken Shulman, Broadview Networks’ chief technology officer, will lead development and support staff operations in Ottawa.

Specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
